Refund Policy



Due to the personalized nature of my products, I do not offer refunds on completed items. 

Most items leave my shop in about two weeks. Please add shipping time in determining when you will receive your order.

Standard shipping on my items is USPS First Class mail. I do offer upgrades to both Priority Mail and Express mail.

Priority mail is typically 2-3 days and is not guaranteed.

Express mail is typically 1-2 days and is guaranteed delivery by the postal service.

I can commit to a ship by date, not a delivery date as once I an item leaves my shop delivery times are out of my control. If you choose first class or priority mail, Lillys Bowtique will not refund for items or shipping if your item does not reach you in time. Express mail is entitled to shipping refunds.

Please note: International shipping can take up to 3-5 weeks.

International orders may incur an additional customs duties/tax fee payable by the receiver depending on your destination. The receiver is responsible for these additional charges and we cannot accept a return or refund of any goods if these charges are not paid. If duties or tax fees are declined and the parcel is returned you will need to pay for the return of the order.

I suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Lillys Bowtique not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

Please note that our bleached and tye dye items are handmade therefore each item is unique. Our listed photos are examples but the designs/image are exact.
